1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Quartz Capital website (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Site.

The Site provides general information about business financing concepts and an illustrative application experience. In this demonstration, no financial products are offered, sold, or originated, and no information you enter is transmitted, stored, or acted upon.

  • Content is provided for general informational purposes only.
  • Tools such as the funding calculator produce estimates, not offers.
  • We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time.

4. Applications & no guarantee

Submitting an application or inquiry does not create any obligation on the part of Quartz Capital and does not guarantee approval, funding, rates, or terms. Any decision regarding financing would be subject to underwriting, verification, and applicable law. In this demonstration environment, no application is reviewed or fulfilled.

5. Fees

Use of the Site is free. In a real financing relationship, applicable fees, rates, and charges would be disclosed to you in writing before you entered into any agreement. No fees are charged through this demonstration Site.

6. User obligations

You agree to use the Site lawfully and to refrain from:

  • Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
  • Attempting to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Site.
  • Using the Site to infringe the rights of others or violate any law.
  • Uploading malicious code or interfering with other users' use of the Site.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms would be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
